Refund policy

15-day returns for store credit
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Approved returns are given as store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at kerri@eagleeyefarm.net before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please send approved returns to:

Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Items we can't take back
Food (including honey), personal care items (including soap and skincare), custom or personalized items, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Beeswax candles can be returned within 15 days for store credit if unused.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for store credit and use it on a new order.

Store credit
We'll email you once we've received and checked your return. If it's approved, your store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
