Dryer balls are an all-natural, fragrance free, hypoallergenic alternative to dryer sheets. As a much added benefit, they reduce drying time by up to 25% by absorbing moisture and increasing tumbling efficiency. The dryer balls bounce around and agitate the fabric, thus softening the fabric and increasing the space between the clothes to facilitate faster drying. The dryer balls save both time and electricity.

Essential oils can be added to the dryer balls if desired. We recommend placing the balls within a pillowcase and running them through a wash/dry cycle with just the dryer balls after adding a few drops of the essential oils to avoid oil spots on your clothes.

After the first few cycles, the balls may become hairy. Simply clip of the fuzzy hair. Over time, if the balls become to pill, then simply shave them. After many, many uses the balls may shrink a bit, but will still be effective.
